Amgen Advanced Trainee ASCO Travel Grant 2010
The grant will be awarded by MOGA for the best oral abstract submitted by a trainee for the MOGA 2010 Annual Scientific Meeting. The grant will provide $5,000 towards the recipient’s travel costs to attend the Annual Meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology in 2010.

GlaxoSmithKline ASM Trainee Travel Awards 2010
This award program will cover return economy airfares, conference registration and selected accommodation (for the nights of Wednesday 11 - Friday 13 August, inclusive), for up to thirty Australian medical oncology advanced trainees to attend the 2010 MOGA Annual Scientific Meeting.

GlaxoSmithKline Travel Award 2010
This award provides $7,500 for travel costs incurred to attend an international meeting to present original work in 2010. Applications are open for MOGA consultant members only.

HOTT Fellowship Awards 2010
Roche Oncology & Haematology in conjunction with COSA, MOGA and HSANZ is delighted to announce that two new HOTT Fellowship Awards of $50,000 each will be available in the first quarter of 2010.

Ipsen Trainee Travel Award 2010
This award will provide $5,000 for the successful recipient to attend a major European oncology meeting in 2010. Applicants must be medical oncology advanced trainees.

Novartis Cancer Achievement Award 2010
MOGA has joined with Novartis Oncology to provide this award recognising outstanding Australian contributions and achievement to cancer research or control. The aim of this award is to formally recognise and publicise the contributions made by scientists, clinicians and/or other health care professional to the scientific study of cancer and/or to the control of cancer in Australia.

Roche Consultant Travel Grant 2010
This grant of $5,000 is offered to assist a medical oncology consultant to attend and deliver a presentation at a major international oncology meeting in 2010 (for instance, ASCO, ECCO or ESMO). Applications are open for MOGA members only.

Roche Trainee Travel Grants 2010
Two trainee travel grants are available, each valued at $5,000. The grants are offered to assist two medical oncology advanced trainees to attend and make a presentation at a major international oncology meeting in 2010 (for instance, ASCO, ECCO or ESMO).

Sanofi-Aventis Preceptorship 2010
The program will afford three junior clinicians with the opportunity to undertake professional preceptorships with approved international facilities relevant to their work in medical oncology and designated cancer streams. The preceptorships, each valued at a total of $9,000, are to be expended in 2010 and will provide support for economy air travel, accommodation and related costs to undertake a 510 day professional preceptorship.

Schering-Plough Hubert Stuerzl Memorial Educational Award 2010
This award will provide up to $15,000 for the successful recipient to attend a major international neuro-oncology meeting (for instance, SNO, EANO or Perspectives in Neuro-Oncology) and undertake a preceptorship in neuro-oncology during 2010-2011. All medical oncology, radiation oncology and neuro-oncology advanced trainees are encouraged to apply.
