Surveying the MOGA Membership

MOGA Survey Policy
For those interested in surveying our membership, we can advise the following:
 
- We are only able to circulate scientific survey requests from trials groups or similar.
- We have an annual quota of 4 surveys per year (1 per quarter) so those interested in surveying our membership should submit their proposals as early in the year as possible to be reviewed and, if appropriate, added to the schedule.
- If you have approached another similar organisation to request your survey be distributed to medical oncologists, for example COSA, please do not contact us to also distribute your survey as you will receive duplicate responses.
- MOGA has developed a comprehensive survey policy and procedure to ensure all surveys submitted to us are appropriate and contain all elements necessary for ethics committee assessment.
 
If you would like us to distribute a survey, you must initially contact the MOGA Secretariat via email (moga@moga.org.au) for a copy of this policy and procedure guide. Upon receipt, please review it carefully and ensure that you fully comply with all requirements as incomplete applications will be rejected.
