ESMO Asia Congress 2026 | Travel Grants for Young Oncologists

ESMO Asia Congress, 4-6 December 2026, Singapore 

MOGA has three (3) travel grants, not linked to abstract submissions, for young Australian oncologists to attend the ESMO Asia Congress 2026. Each grant includes:

  • Free Meeting Registration (managed by ESMO) 

  • 3 nights hotel accommodation (check-in 3 December - check out 6 December) 

    • Booking managed by ESMO Head Office 

    • Any additional nights are at the recipient's expense 

  • Travel Grant of 750 EUR towards economy class flight provided by ESMO. Travel is to be organised by the Grant recipient and will be reimbursed 2 months after the Congress by MOGA.

Applicants must satisfy all the below criteria: 

  • Be a current financial member of MOGA - Young Oncologist Member (within 5 years of receipt of FRACP fellowship)

  • Be an ESMO member or qualify for membership AND be aged 40 or under at the time of application

  • Be an oncologist with at least one year experience in medical, radiation or surgical oncology and currently engaged in cancer research or clinical oncology practice, and

  • Be proficient in English.

To apply, please submit a nomination via the MOGA Travel Award Form by no later than COB on Friday 15 May 2026 including:

  • a current copy of your CV

  • a Cover Letter indicating the value of the meeting to your career interest and 

  • a Letter of Support for your application from a MOGA member or your Supervisor/Head of Department
